Thomas Stuart Price "Tom" Perriello (pronounced /pɛriˈɛloʊ/; born October 9, 1974) is the former U.S. Representative for Virginia's 5th congressional district, serving from 2009 until 2011. He is a member of the Democratic Party. The district includes much of Southside Virginia and stretches north to Charlottesville.
