Mark W. Neumann (born February 27, 1954, East Troy, Wisconsin) is a businessman and politician. He represented Wisconsin's 1st congressional district from 1995 to 1999. In 2010, Neumann lost a bid to become the Republican nominee for Governor of Wisconsin.
