Child Organization: Oldcastle Materials

Oldcastle, Inc., is a subsidiary of Ireland-based CRH plc and is divided into two organizational units: Oldcastle Products and Distribution (OPD) and Oldcastle Materials. OPD includes Oldcastle Glass, utilizing over 40 facilities in the US and Canada to fabricate architectural glass, Oldcastle Architectural Products, which specializes in the manufacturing of architectural masonry, ornamental concrete products, bagged products such as Sakrete and bagged stone, and soil and mulch, Oldcastle Distribution, distributing siding and roofing materials, Oldcastle Precast, manufacturing precast concrete products such as concrete telecommunications structures, environmental containment vaults, and modular buildings, and Oldcastle Merchants Metals, manufacturing structural building and ornamental fencing products. The other organizational unit is Oldcastle Materials, which supplies aggregates, asphalt, and ready-mix concrete, and provides paving services.
