Lobbyist Bundling

The table below presents bundling of contributions to politicians and committees by registered lobbyists and lobbying firms. Bundling refers to the practice of an outside supporter raising money from multiple donors on behalf of the recipient. The lobbyist's own contributions are not included.

Bundling is disclosed by recipients (reporting committees) to the FEC when the total amount of bundled contributions exceeds $16,200. Recipients report according to their regularly scheduled reporting periods and according to biannual reporting requirements put into place just for bundled contributions, according to the FEC. In addition to the data presented here, any Influence Explorer page for a politician, lobbyist or lobbying firm that has bundling data will display this data under the Campaign Finance section. For more information on how bundling data is compiled see our lobbyist bundling methodology page.
